Mr. Arias has delivered over 50 multifamily projects through his 12 years of experience in the construction industry within the Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Lee and St. Lucie Counties. He studied Industrial Engineering at Javeriana University in Colombia and started his engineering career as Manager at Professional Services Industries (PSI) - an Intertek Company, and subsequently at Pacifica Engineering Services in Miami.

David co-founded Taurus Development Group in Miami, a real estate development company specialized in multifamily projects in South Florida. Today, he leads Taurus Development in the areas of Design and Construction Operations, and plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations that involve technical site assessments, site planning, permitting and construction management. David continues to lead the company into the future with eyes on redeveloping South Florida’s real estate landscape.

CFO

J.C. Molano has successfully acquired, sold, leased, managed and secured financing for over $450 million in real estate assets in Florida, Illinois, Texas, New York and D.C. He attended Florida International University in Miami, and Western University in Canada, where he studied Finance and Real Estate. Mr. Molano is a licensed real estate professional, and holds academic certificates in Equity Research and Global Financial Markets and Instruments from The Wharton School of Business.

J.C. started his real estate career working at Exan Capital in Miami, a commercial real estate investment and asset management company. He represented ultra high net worth individuals in sourcing, underwriting, acquiring and managing multifamily, retail and office buildings throughout the U.S. Later, he co-founded two thriving real estate companies; Nova Real Estate, a commercial real estate brokerage and development company with operations in Bogota, Colombia, and Taurus Development Group, a real estate development company specialized in developing multifamily projects in South Florida.

Today, Mr. Molano leads Taurus Development in the areas of Finance and Management, and plays a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations that involve structuring deals, raising equity, securing financing, and managing the company’s resources. He continues to lead the company into the future with eyes on redeveloping South Florida’s real estate landscape.

Business Development

Mr. Quiroga, has over 10 years of experience in sales, business administration and development. He decided to embark in this mission along with Mr. Molano and Mr. Arias to support and propel Taurus Development to new heights. With his additional experience in customer service and innovation, he is in charge growing the company by creating and maintaining customer relations, and expanding the company’s name in the US.
